W Amsterdam Hotel

The insiders went the extra mile and were very attentive to us. The Whatever Whenever Service was amazing, even delivering pizza to our room at 3 a.m. The AWAY spa was the best I've ever been to. The lounge had a great view and a stylish interior design. The room was modern with a smart home display panel. The mattress was state-of-the-art and the room was quiet with blackout curtains. The security manager and the rest of the team were fantastic.

Great Location! Right in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions and shopping areas. convenient access to public transportation. the staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Small rooms and some maintenance issues. the heating system wasn't working properly and the room had scuff marks and broken mirror.

Clean and the staff was knowledgeable. Excellent breakfast, good food was served.

The stay here was great, loved the hotel, it was clean with unbeatable location near to cafes, Amsterdam, all attractions. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was fabulous to satisfy everyone.

Upgraded room, stunning with all necessary amenities. Complimentary champagne received. Great location and impressive spa facilities. Will definitely return.

Thank you, we had an excellent stay here. Everything was excellent during our stay even so disappointing aspect was tiny bathroom. Grill bar Urban Grill was 200 metres away from the place.

The location of the hotel is superb, directly across the street from the royal palace and near the center of everything. Guests can enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance of attractions such as the Anne Frank House and the Van Gogh Museum. the hotel offers a stunning view of the canal called Fabulous Bank Canal View, providing a picturesque backdrop during the stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast options are diverse and delicious, satisfying various culinary preferences.

The pool is small and often crowded, limiting the opportunity for a relaxing swimming experience.

An unforgettable dining experience at The Duchess restaurant. The food was outstanding, especially the foie gras donuts. The Michelin-rated establishment exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and attentive, Luis was particularly helpful. The location was perfect, just off Dam Square. The views from the lounge/balcony/pool deck were amazing. The room had a fantastic bed and high-tech features like a touch pad for lights and blinds. Some staff were pleasant and the security team was exceptional.

I stayed in the bank building, upgraded from the main building. The location was spot-on, right in the center of the Old City and close to everything I needed to see. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful. Mr. Porters restaurant was a great dining option.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities catered to my every need and the service from the staff was impeccable. the spa and wellness centre offered a wide range of services, including a relaxing full body massage. the in-room bar had a great selection of beverages and snacks, and the restaurant served delicious dishes for breakfast and dinner. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to popular attractions.

The only minor issue was that there was no 24/7 room service available. this was quickly resolved by the helpful staff who provided me with a detailed list of nearby restaurants that were open late at night.
